- Team size: How many developers and what’s their cloud experience?
The Problem
- What’s not working? Be as specific as you can about the challenges
- Business impact: How is this affecting your team, costs, or customers?
- Timeline: Is this urgent or more of a strategic concern?
Your Goals
- What does “fixed” look like? What outcome would make this worth it?
- Budget: Having a rough range helps me scope things appropriately
- Depth: Are you looking for a quick assessment or longer-term help?
